It's decent but I'm ready for the new one to come out

Instructions in the email is misleading when it tells you to use steam for the code it will not work if you try to put it in your steam you have to download the rockstar app on your pc and then enter the code from there

Plus, their store layout is always easy to navigate and their prices are fair. Overall, BestBuy is the best place I know of for all electronics needs.

Bought on Sunday, order details tell me it will send the serial code to put on Rockstar Launcher and I will receive it within 1 hour. 2 days later. I’ve received nothing. Found it out it’s half the price on Rockstar Launcher and you can have it readily available. Needlessly over complicated process for a simple digital order and download.

God awful! the code they sent me was invalid. contacted support and they hung up on me. contacted again and had me waiting countless minutes. Just go buy it from Steam or EPIC because they will most definitely handle this better than best buy.

I meant to purchase for xbox one but purchased for pc by mistake and i am not able to return it

Code I received wasn't valid, going to attempt to get a working code once the support center opens.

The download key didn't work so I couldn't download it

Check gamming system for discount before downloading. The game was half-off on the system when I brought on Best Buy at full price.
