    I like the 12 Quartz pan and this one perfectly matched my requirements. I have used it for almost 3 weeks now and am happy I got this one. The good thing about it is the handle does not radiate heat even even when pan is heated.

    I love Granitestone pans. They are the only ones I’ve found that clean up without leaving burned on residue. We’ll worth the money.
