    Easy to use, great for people who are not familiar with cell phone technology. Plans cost more than expected, with fees and taxes added

    So far not thrilled with the Jitterbug GreatCall service, which you are required to have. Purchased the phone and now over 24 hours later and after being charged the activation fee I am still unable to activate my phone because their activation service is down and they are unable to tell me when it will be up again. Meanwhile, my father is without a phone to use. Not happy and they have offered no compensation for this huge inconvenience.

    Phone is really not loud enough for the hard of hearing. Phone can not be set up to vibrate and play an audible sound (one or the other, not both). Company providing cell phone service (e.g., ClearCall) not really very forthcoming as to best packages for elderly -- just tried to sell me the most they could; didn't ask about AARP membership; overcharged me for registration/setup fee. Camera resolution is very low compared to other phones. Really not sold on this phone or the service provider.

    Have not used it enough to provide detailed review. Not happy to pay activation fee. Hence, 3 stars. No fee with Virgin or Boost! Appears solid.
