It worked very well for what I needed around the house. Great bundle price for washer and for all the accessories. I wish I would have taken a before photo of my stone work patio. The 11" surface cleaner did an incredible job. Fast and easy-to-use. There is no water spray all over. All contained under the dome. I used the gun with black power tip for tougher stains and worked perfect. The gun worked great for cleaning the siding and gutters, plenty of power. I will use the foam cannon next on my car. I will update when used.

Different spray heads to clean different surfaces. I was able to clean from plastic pool furniture to concrete. There is a strap that holds the power cord and water line neatly to the unit for easy transportation. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for something to clean around the house.

Enjoy the portability and compactness of this product. Had some difficulty getting the soap dispenser attachment to function but will more than likely not be using it for that purpose anyway. We are sad to hear about the difficulties you are having with the soap tank dispenser attachment. To use the soap tank the wand must be disconnected once you have removed push the end of the soap bottle into the trigger handle and rotate to secure the tabs into position. To disconnect rotate the wand the opposite way and pull apart. Use only detergents designed for pressure washers; household detergent, acids alkaline, bleaches, solvents, flammable material, or industrial grade solutions can damage the pump. Many detergents may require mixing prior to us. Prepare cleaning solutions as instructed on the solution bottle. We also cleaned windows and outdoor ceilings that had the mud nests. The washer was easy to assemble and easy to use. We will be using this a lot now to keep outdoor areas clean.

Blasted the dirt right off. Pretty powerful. Cord could be longer the avoid the use of an extension cord.

Great on commercial kitchen floors

I’ve been using the surface attachment for commercial Kitchen Floors and it works wonders. Since the power washer isn’t extremely powerful it does a good job at cleaning the grout without damaging it

But I am pleasantly surprised at how well it works. I’ve used it for washing cars and I just cleaned my back patio with this Breaking out my big gas pressure washer. I highly recommend this if you need something for around the house or to wash cars this is a great unit.

To pressure wash a concrete driveway with 1900 PSI, start at the highest point of the driveway, work your way down, apply a concrete cleaning solution with a soap nozzle, let it dwell for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with a wide fan spray pattern, keeping the nozzle about 12-24 inches from the surface, overlapping each stroke to ensure even coverage; always use a wide fan spray pattern to avoid damaging the concrete with excessive pressure. Here are a few Key steps to cleaning the driveway. Prepare the area. Clear any debris from the driveway.
Select the right nozzle. Everything you need to know about which pressure washer tip to use, (https://youtu.be/OwlDalSKVkY). Choose a wide fan spray pattern nozzle for concrete cleaning.
Apply cleaning solution. Mix a concrete cleaning solution in the pressure washer's soap reservoir and apply evenly across the driveway. Dwell time. The electric chord and the high pressure hose were long enough to cover my whole patio and steps to my basement entrance. Only improvement that could be done would be to have a locking device for the handle, so I don't have to keep squeezing it. Hands get really tired with the high pressure.

It now sprays in a funny direction with no pressure. The hose to the gun kinks. The surface cleaner is very inefficient. Took a lot of time to clean and then needed to use the hose to rinse off what was left. I contacted GreenWorks customer support and they weren't any help because I didn't have the serial number off of the unit. I had the receipt and the model number but that wasn't good enough for a replacement nozzle. I'm going to return it. Junk tool and worse customer service.

We do advise our customers to hold on to a copy of their receipt for the duration of the warranty, just in case. Receipts, serial numbers, and model numbers are required information for all warranty claims.
