Don’t waste your money

I used the surface cleaner as my first attempt to use this pressure washer. It leaves streaks of dirt. So I don’t want to use the surface cleaner attachment anymore but I can’t disconnect it and now I can’t use my pressure washer! Tried looking for instructions on the internet but of no avail. Call customer service but was referred to a website that direct you to more commercial and can’t even find this model that I purchased from Best Buy. Can anyone help? I don’t want to waste my money with this idle purchase!!

There are many variables to giving the surface an even finish, for instance the actual pressure of the water impacting the surface changes if the washer is moved too quickly. This can cause some areas clean more thoroughly than others, requiring you to perform additional passes. Walk slowly behind the flat surface cleaner, cleaning as you go. If striping occurs, slow down your pace. You may require the use of pressure washer detergent depending on what you are trying to clean/remove. All Greenworks pressure washers use a 1/4-inch quick connect to allow for easy connection. To disconnect the attachment, pull back the collar and the surface cleaner should disconnect from the wand.
