Hello HajimeH. The experience you have described does not reflect the expected performance of our units. Please be assured that Greenworks pressure washers are designed to deliver significantly more power than a standard garden hose. Excellent “Light to Medium” Duty Pressure Washer

BACKGROUND: Living in the South (Raleigh, NC), I use pressure washers for keeping mold and dirt in check around the home. Specifically, our front porch that accumulates minor mold, along with our concrete driveway that is much more of a challenge. And it’s been about four years since I cleaned the driveway, so it really required a thorough cleaning. UNBOXING: This combo kit includes a very compact electric 1900psi base unit, a 20-foot high-pressure hose, 2-piece plastic wand, three nozzles (25 & 40 degree, & a turbo nozzle), along with an 11-inch surface cleaner. Plus, a small soap bottle attachment for windows, vehicles, whatever. SETUP: Really could not be easier. The two-piece wand snaps together. Connect the high-pressure hose from the base unit to the wand. Connect your water supply hose. Then plug in, hit start, and go to work! NOZZLES: For the most part, I used the larger turbo nozzle for the front porch with railing for cleaning. But the driveway and sidewalk I began by using the 11-inch circular surface cleaner. SURFACE CLEANER: I didn’t think the surface cleaner would preform as well as it did, and overall, I was very impressed. The only issue I encountered was because our driveway was so overcome by mold growth, I found if not immediately hosed down, the now loose mold would just sit there and would dry back on. But I was able to sort-of tilt the surface cleaner so it would spay water to clean away the freshly removed mold, flushing it down the driveway. Now on some areas of the driveway, the mold was so bad that I ended up switching to the turbo nozzle to clean in smaller precise increments. Yeah, that was tad more tedious, but with much better results in those problem areas. In the future, I intend to annually clean the driveway, and using just the surface cleaner should be fine. SUPPORT: I had a minor issue with the base unit leaking what appeared to be a gray oily substance. A phone call to Greenworks Support, they were able to quickly determine the problem, and they were able to provide a replacement part resolution. Excellent service after the sale! RATING: For a “Light to Medium Duty” pressure washer, this compact kit rocks! And I believe it earns a solid-4 Stars at list price, or a solid 5-Stars when on-sale. Add in the knowledgeable and customer focused Greenworks Support staff, and it earns a solid 6-Stars (if possible).

I love this thing. I already have a green works full sized pressure washer but wanted one to dedicate just to washing cars. I was looking for something compact, light-weight, and powerful. This unit met and exceeded everything that I was looking for. The unit is very small and really light. I keep it up on a shelf in my garage and the compact size allows me to store a lot more right next to it. The pressure washer puts out a perfect amount of strength for just about anything. I use the 40 degree nozzle for washing cars and it puts out plenty of water and does a great job cleaning without damaging the paint. The floor cleaner works well and is a nice addition at no additional cost. The hose does not have a brand listed on it so I assume it is just a generic. I sprung for an uberflex which is the very best in pressure washer hoses due to having low memory and durability. I think that the value is great for this item. it does all that you would want and more and the cost is low.

I Can Finally Do My Own Pressure Washing!

My husband has done all the pressure washing at our house in the past. But there have been many times when I wanted something pressure washed and didn’t want to wait for him to get around to it. With the Greenworks pressure washer, I found out I can do it all by myself! The Greenworks “up to” 1900 psi pressure washer has a carrying handle and is lightweight and easy to move around. It is very stable and not at all tipsy. In addition to the 3 nozzles, it comes with an 11 inch surface cleaner and a soap applicator. It has an impressive 3 year warranty. People who use pressure washers a lot probably know how to do it without instructions. Since this was my first time, I needed to follow the instructions closely to see how to assemble and use the machine. Assembly was easy. The preparation for use was a little more complicated. There are 2 sets of instructions. The Quick Start Guide has big pictures and is easy to follow. However some of the information is incomplete or contradicts what is in the booklet with tiny print - mainly the part about when to turn the water off and on. The important thing is to not turn the machine on unless the water supply is connected and confirmed to be flowing. Being a novice, I had a little bit of trouble figuring out the nozzles. The Quick Start Guide has the most accurate description of the 25 degree, 40 degree and turbo nozzles and their uses. For an easy-to-confuse first timer like me, the labeling on the unit itself was misleading. The labels say Turbo and 40 degree but the nozzles in the corresponding slots were the lower pressure 25 and 40 degree nozzles. My first test was using the turbo rotary nozzle on concrete. The first day I used it I was disappointed in its performance. I saw little difference in the before and after. I could see dirt washing away, but the concrete was still black when it dried. I gave it another try the next day and had much better results. It turned out that I just needed to get the tip closer to the concrete - about 4 to 6 inches. A neighbor had pressure washed half of our driveway with an industrial sized pressure washer and the concrete there is nice and white - but there are places where the pressure broke up the concrete. When cleaning with the Greenworks pressure washer the concrete wasn’t totally white after cleaning it but it was acceptable and the pressure wasn’t so strong that it did any damage. The surface disc cleaner also performed well, but the nozzle is prone to plugging from surface debris. Following the instructions and first blowing off or sweeping the concrete to remove debris helped. After using the round surface cleaner, I had to switch to the turbo nozzle to clean up the spots it missed. The lower pressure tips worked well to clean up some yard art. I had 2 problems that probably aren’t unique to this electric pressure washer. It was hard for me to hold the trigger in the on position for very long. Even when switching hands every little bit, I could only do one square of concrete before both hands wore out. The other problem was that the electrical cord got wound up in the coils of the kink-resistant high pressure hose. But I think with better pre-planning, I will be able to get the electrical cord out of the way. It will be great to have my own pressure washer that is small enough for me to handle and that I can use any time I want to!

I've been wanting to get a pressure washer to help with little chores around the house, like washing the car. This Greenworks pressure washer is easy to use and does a great job of foaming up the car and rinsing it clean afterwards. The box includes the pressure washer base, a wand to connect foam bottle and rinse nozzle, a couple nozzle adapters for various pressure streams, and a circular concrete cleaner. Getting things together is pretty straight forward, though I did have to watch a video to make sure I was putting the attachments correctly on the wand. When I first tried attaching the spray nozzle onto the wand, it wouldn't twist (the nozzle has an insert and twist connector). I didn't want to break it by twisting too hard, so I had to do a quick web search to see a video to make sure I was doing it right. What I found it that you need to put some pressure to push it in before you twist it. Once I did that, it connected without a problem. When using it to clean your car, first add car soap to the bottle and connect it to the water source. The foam started coming out right away, but it took a full minute before the foam was thick. Not sure if that is normal but it worked fine for me even with the foam not being as thick initially. Once the car is all foamed up, disconnect the bottle and connect the nozzle adapter with the correct tip to avoid using too strong of a jet on the paint. No idea if it will strip the paint and I wasn't going to try it. There were a couple of rough areas that I needed to use the nozzle pretty close to the vehicle since the dirt/bugs were on pretty thick. The washer did a good job of getting most of it off, with only a couple of locations that I needed extra care with a cloth. I don't have any discolored concrete or moldy deck to use the circular attachment...bummer. I really wanted to try that out to see if it is easier than using the wand. Overall, I am really happy with the Greenworks Pressure washer. It worked well and is easy to use and move around. I would highly recommend this for washing the car or easy cleaning of outdoor walls and floors.

The Greenworks 1900 PSI 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer Combo Kit is a decent option for those seeking a lightweight, user-friendly pressure washer for light to medium-duty tasks. The 1900 PSI power, combined with a flow rate of 1.2 GPM, is sufficient for cleaning patios, driveways, cars, and outdoor furniture, but it may struggle with more stubborn grime or larger surfaces. The compact design and electric operation make it easy to maneuver and store, while the inclusion of various nozzles adds versatility. However, the hose could be longer, as it often requires repositioning the unit during use. The build quality is solid, though not as robust as higher-end models, and the plastic components feel less durable over time. Assembly is straightforward, and the washer operates quietly compared to gas-powered models, which is a plus for residential areas. The combo kit's accessories, such as the soap applicator, are functional but basic. Overall, the Greenworks 1900 PSI pressure washer is a good value for casual use, though it may leave more demanding users wanting more power and durability. It’s a reliable tool for everyday cleaning tasks, but it’s best suited for those with moderate needs.

Powerful and Convenient – Great for Everyday Clean

The Greenworks 1900 PSI Electric Pressure Washer has been a great addition to my outdoor cleaning tools. It’s powerful enough to handle driveway stains, patio furniture, siding, and even my car with ease. The included surface cleaner attachment works surprisingly well and cuts cleaning time in half on larger flat areas. I really like how lightweight and easy to move around it is. The quick-connect nozzles make swapping spray patterns simple, and the electric start means no fuss compared to gas models. Setup was straightforward and only took a few minutes. The only drawback I’ve noticed is that the hose length could be a little longer, and at times the power cord limits mobility if you don’t have an extension cord handy. Also, while it works great for regular cleaning, it may not have enough pressure for very heavy-duty jobs like old oil stains on concrete. Overall, it’s a reliable, convenient, and well-designed pressure washer for everyday household use. I’m very happy with it and would recommend it for light to medium cleaning tasks.

I've never owned a pressure washer, but have always wanted one. For my first ever one, Greenworks couldn't have made a better device for a novice user. It comes nicely packaged and includes a lot of utility for not a lot of money. It's electric and its driven by a powerful 13 amp universal motor with an axial cam pump. An axial cam pump is the same type of pump used in commercial washers. The washer delivers up to 1900 PSI (which is a unit of pressure expressed in pounds of force per square inch), at 1.2 Gallons Per Minute (GPM). And all this power, comes in a small package, which is lightweight and highly portable. Just plug it in, connect a garden hose, the wand, with the right nozzle for the job and push the on button on the washer motor and when you pull the easy-pull trigger, the motor turns on and water flows at a high pressure, effortlessly. Let go of the easy-pull trigger and the motor turns off. It's that simple to operate. Here's what you get: -The pressure washer -A 20 foot, high pressure hose -The wand -A premium pressure washer spray gun with an easy-pull trigger and safety lock-out (like the lock you'd use to lock a gas pump) -A turbo nozzle, soap nozzle, 25-degree nozzle and 40-degree nozzle -An 11 inch surface cleaner (which you'd use on a flat surface, like a garage floor or driveway The first project we used the washer on was our white fence, on the side which is shaded most of the time. We live in a hot, humid tropical environment and this fence routinely gets dirty and moldy. Cleaning it manually, is not fun and often not very successful. But this pressure washer from Greenworks cleaned it in minutes, with virtually no effort and it looks brand new. Next up is our driveway. We have pathways, a very large deck and I know this pressure washer is going to be such a great addition to our cleaning arsenal and get a lot use. Yes, it will.

This will do well on light duty work. The 11" surface cleaner made the task of cleaning the sidewalk much easier and quicker than using a nozzle. It will stop from time to time - Greenworks says that is due to low water pressure. But the water pressure is really not the problem. I think it is inherent in the machine. I used it a two houses - same problem. I think it will be good for washing my cars, just have not yet done that. This is fairly quiet easy to move and effective for light duty work.

Few months ago I picked up the Greenworks 1900 PSI 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer Combo Kit and I’m really impressed. It’s easy to set up — just plug it in and go. The pressure is strong (1900 PSI) and it cleaned my patio, siding and vehicle with no fuss. What I like: Lightweight and compact so it’s easy to move around and store. Accessories included — different nozzles and attachments make it versatile for different surfaces. Quiet compared to gas units and absolutely no fumes or gas mixing. Much more convenient for home use. What to keep in mind: It’s perfect for light-to-medium duty jobs (cars, patios, siding) but if you have big commercial-type jobs or heavy industrial grime, you might bump into its limits. The wand length and soap tank size could be better (some users mention they had to lean or refill more). Overall, this is exactly what I needed — good power, easy handling, decent price. If you want a no-fuss pressure washer that handles most home cleaning tasks, I’d recommend it.

I recently purchased a smaller pressure washer, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. Despite its compact size, it delivers powerful water pressure, making it perfect for cleaning driveways, patios, and outdoor furniture. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes storage and transport a breeze. The setup was straightforward, and the controls are user-friendly, even for beginners. Additionally, it operates quietly compared to larger models. This pressure washer is a great choice for those looking for efficiency without the bulk. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this pressure washer. It was very inexpensive but it works extremely well. I used it to clean our garage, driveway, back deck and large concrete pool deck and it worked very well. The surface cleaner does work well but it requires a rinse as it loosens the dirt but sometimes it streaks. It got off some tough spots though. It also comes with straps, the hose does not kind, the attachments come on and off with ease, and it compact enough to store on a shelf. For the price, you simply cannot do better.

Got this mainly for washing my cars. It doesn't get any easier than this. Works great and does a great job. Foam cannon is good. Very long power cord. Have not used the surface cleaner yet. Will be in the market for a longer hose so I won't need to move the unit itself from one side of the car to the other. May be long enough for compact cars but not for bigger SUVs.

I recently bought the Greenworks 1900 PSI Electric Power Washer from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. For a compact unit, this thing packs a serious punch! It handled my dirty driveway, patio furniture, and even the siding on my house with ease. It’s much quieter than gas models, and I love that I can just plug it in and go—no messing around with fuel or pull-starts. Setup was quick, and the included nozzles make it versatile for different jobs. The 25-foot hose gave me enough range to move around without constantly relocating the machine. It’s also lightweight, so it’s easy to carry or roll around the yard.

Item exceeded expectations. 1900 psi has enough power for normal power washing projects. Lightweight, easy to operate. Unit operates when on button is in "on" position and trigger is engaged. Especially pleased with floor scrubber attachment. It makes short work of cleaning our decks & concrete pad. Not necessary to use any cleanser. Unit is lightweight enough my wife handles it with ease and cleaned all our summer lawn furniture.
