Have to clean the bottom off after every cut and its like new each time I use. Would recommend. Only twice have i actually run out of power where i let the grass get too long and i had to make extra sweeps.

Battery runs low on it. battery life indicator on the lawn mower would have been a good feature to know the life of the battery when you are far off in the lawn and can plan in advance

It is a little bit of a hassle to charge between front and back yard but less of a hassle than having to go out and get gas constantly.

Less than stellar battery life

I have to charge the battery in between mowing my front and back and my yard isn’t big at all. I fully charge the battery before usage and it’s still not great. It is is pretty user friendly though

Poor batteries, awful company

After the first mow, the batteries do not hold the charge. The first mow I finished, but the batteries just made it. It was a bit wet and long so I chalked it up to that. By the 3rd mow, I no longer used the self-propel feature, the grass wasn't very long and quite dry and the batteries still died 2/3 through the mow. I've contacted the manufacturer 3 times and have no received a response at all.

It is important to adjust your mowing techniques to make the most out of the battery life! This unit is advertised as running up to XX minutes, but it goes without saying that that the harder the unit works, the quicker the battery drains.
Here are a few mowing tips to help achieve the optimal run time.
1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings.
2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months.
3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily.
4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging.

I was able to mow my yard n then half of it a few days later!! Getting use to rear wheel drive instead of front wheel self propelled!

Ejector guard broke the first week. The self propelled feature has manual speed so it’s a bit awkward to use. Overall wish I had got something different.
