We are concerned to read that you are feeling let down and that the unit has not fully met your expectations. Our 40V line is ideal for medium-duty work. The higher the voltage on a product, the more power you will receive and the heavier job you'll be able to tackle. With a higher voltage does come a higher price point but depending on your workload, it may be necessary. Unfortunately, this model has some design flaws that I didn't like, and so I returned it. If there is the very slightest bit of moisture in the grass, forget it. Mower can't handle it. Battery goes dead quickly. Dry grass handles excellent. Rear bottom flap, designed to prevent discharges hitting operator was the most annoying feature. It would get tucked under the mower, each time You would right angle turn or try to back up. It would get jammed under and You couldn't pull the mower backwards. Best to op for the more expensive and higher battery Voltage Models.
