I only needed one to handle small jobs and this polesaw was the perfect solution. This thing cuts like a knife theough butter. Its quiet but powerful! I highly recomment this item!

There's a screw that's supposed to tighten the chain, but it doesn't seem to make any difference at all. It did the job I bought it for, but using this saw requires time and patience and I would have a hard time recommending it to a friend.

Posted .Hello Dave - We are sorry to hear that your purchase fell below expectations. Chains stretch with use. When new, they stretch more. The tension on a new or newish chain should be checked and tightened every 20 minutes of cutting or so, it can get away from you fast. This is normal stretching.
