Very nice. Weight is fine ,powerful enough for its expected use.

Love my new chainsaw. I did quite a bit of research and im glad i went with this one. I had a tree fall recently and the guy who came to help had his gas powered chainsaw which did nothing compared to mine, he even said that he might buy one like mine.

Power and quiet. Also a lot of cuts per charge. Would buy again.

As powerful as my Husqvarna 50... The battery does not last as long as I thought it may. But I was able to cut up about 10 ft of a 20 inch green maple with no problem.

This is a great chain saw. I have cut 17 trees and it still works like the day I bought it.

I haven't been able to use this for more than 2 minutes at a time as it doesn't self oil. It's a very expensive paperweight. Others have had the same problem. I have other sizes of this chainsaw and they work great. Wish I'd listened to the reviews. Manufacturer should make this right.

One of the best purchases I've ever made! I have property with a lot of tree fall on it and I can't always go back and get what I need or carry around the can to fill things back up. One charge allows me to cut up to 4 hours.

Ordered saw plus extra chains sized 3/8 x .050 x 62DL per specs in the description (online and in manual) for this model number. When came time to put on a replacement chain it didn't fit. After some head scratching I discovered that the bar on the saw was marked .325 x .050 x 72Dl, so the extra chains are wrong spec. Couldn't find that size chain on Greenworks site so called them, and they had no explanation why I received a unit with that bar, as it did not appear in their system. Ended up buying a new bar with proper specs from Greenworks, though it is evidently possible to get chains which fit original one - just not from Greenworks. Leaves me wondering if there is anything else amiss about my saw. Ultimately the saw worked well as it came prior to the chain getting fouled (nothing unusual) and I am hopeful that replacement bar will be fine. I guess my main complaint is with assembly & packaging.

The box was all crushed and I had challenges from the start. The battery after a full charge did not last very long when I made my first cuts. BestBuy did not want to take the saw back as a return and I was directed to call Greenworks. The Greenworks customer service was excellent. I did get a replacement battery 4 days later and the saw works. The replacement battery is larger and about 2 pounds heavier, which I do not like the extra weight to have to hold while using the saw--I am an older guy and do not need the extra pounds to lift and manage while cutting.

Bought it to cut a big tree to fell on my yard. I was amazed for the battery performance, finished the job with a single charge

More than enough power for the average homeowner that has periodic down tress to take care of. Battery last long enough to cut down, de-limb, and section trees larger than i would have expected

Powerful to cut down whole tree for firewood, No more smoke and bad smell from two strokes gas engine. May need extra batteries to keep running.

The chain got loose and after trying everything to put it back into place it just wouldn’t start. I love the Greenworks brand, but this chainsaw I cannot recommend. Try another brand of chainsaw.
