Hello Buyit. We are sorry your battery is not holding a charge! Even a free battery should give you reliable power. Before we jump to a replacement, here are a few things you can try:
(1) Fully discharge and recharge the battery once more to ensure it’s not a temporary charge issue.

(2) Check the battery contacts for any dirt, debris, or corrosion and clean them if necessary.

(3) Try a different compatible charger if available, to rule out a charging issue.

Hello Great. We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the run time of this battery. The run time varies depending on the tool that it is being used in but also the load acting against the unit while in use. When using the 2Ah battery with your 80V blower on a higher speed a 10 minute runtime would be consider accurate. The speed settings on a cordless power blower determine the airflow volume and velocity produced by the blower. These settings allow users to adjust the power to suit different tasks. Generally, lower speeds are best for light-duty tasks like blowing leaves off flower beds or clearing dust from a garage. Using lower settings also helps preserve battery power. Higher speed settings are for heavier tasks like blowing wet leaves, clearing debris, or quickly sweeping larger areas. Some models have turbo boost modes, which offer maximum power only while you’re pulling a trigger (this is helpful for stuck-on debris, like a few wet leaves at the bottom of a pile of dry leaves). To extend your run time, try using the blower setting on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement, as blowers are considered a high-power draw application which means they do tend to drain the battery quite rapidly in comparison to some other tools. Alternatively additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. Hello RonS. Sorry to hear of the problem you are experiencing with the Snowblower. We recommend shutting the unit down and removing the battery to reconfirm that the battery is fully charged but also reinstall the fully charged battery to see if this problem resolves. Check the condition of the snowblower and see if possibly something might be lodged in the snowblower like a rock or a pebble that might be preventing it from turning.
