However how it sits it needs much more work. Unit can be heavy to move around. My battery stuck in the box where the battery goes. All snow hit me back, did not throw snow out. If you adjust the unit it does not help. Had better luck with my regular shovel. It really is not any quicker to get the job done. Save your money. Not worth the over 200 plus dollars. More worth 50 dollars if its lucky. No chance for Recommendation

This model uses fixed directional vanes rather than a chute, and snow should be directed forward when the auger is fully engaged, and the shovel is kept at the correct angle during operation. To use an electric snow shovel effectively, you can, consider where you're shooting the snow and avoid people, cars, and houses. Adjust the angle of the shovel to avoid sending snow into the road or back toward your house
If using the machine on wet and icy snow it can be heavier and harder to remove than light and powdery snow. If you expect more than 12 inches of snow, start with the first six inches while it's still snowing. Alternate your hand positions and the direction you're tossing the snow. No way to direct the snow that you're clearing so you're always spraying snow where you just cleared!

To direct the angle at which the snow shovel throws snow, slightly tilt the shovel itself in the desired direction while operating it; by angling the shovel slightly left or right, you can control where the snow is ejected. It’s also cumbersome to maneuver if the snow is on wet and heavy side. This won’t work well if neighbors or the sidewalk are within 20’ of the discharge.
