Great little lightweight snow blower. It does the job well. The only issue I have as a older person with smaller hands is the extraction of the battery from the compartment The clip that releases and pushes the batter up still doesn’t ouch it up far enough to get a good grip. Maybe they should think about a better gtipping design on battery?? Also would like to see metal blades possibly shoot to avoid breakage. But I would recommend this product. Good for the price dies the job

Excellent for snow removal. Powerful and makes removal easy. Highly recommend. Batteries charge quickly and last for finishing a large driveway. Walkways a breeze.

This machine is very light and easy to use. Can easily do one or more driveways on one charge. Ive only done 5-6 inches so far , not sure how it will work on 7-10 inches. Only negative I can see is it doesn’t throw the snow very far and if the driveway has a lot of high spots / cracks , the machine won’t easily go over it. Bottom line , it’s very good for the price.

This snow thrower works great! We had 8 inches of snow and this went through it like a champ! Easy to start and operate.

I have a single stall, detached garage that links up with my alleyway. I also have a front entry walk and sidewalk to clear snow from in the winter. It doesn't seem like much to clear, but when shoveling all of that in a snowy winter, it can add up fast. I purchased this Greenworks 80v snow blower this year and it is a game changer. It probably has cut my snow clearing time in half. I'd say it takes about 30 mins to clear the driveway/alley and all my sidewalks/walkways. The 4.0 Ah battery included uses about half to 3/4 of the battery each use. Recharge is really fast too. My purchase also included a free 2.0 Ah battery, which is nice to have as a backup or to use with other Greenworks 80v tools, if you have them. I have used the 40v version of this at my place of work. I'll say that the 40v one is frustrating if you get a heavy snowfall, as it can jam up and stall if you're trying to clear heavy, wet snow. But, this 80v option has way more power and I haven't experienced any issues with it at all this year. And so far, we've had heavier/denser snowfall this season compared to last. It just shreds through everything. I purchased this for $350, but BBY price matched it to $250 when they were running it for one of their Deals of the Day. For $350 I'm super satisfied, but getting an extra $100 off is even better. If you're on the fence, I would highly recommend this product. I would definitely advise going with the 80v option if you're comparing this vs the 40v option. After using both, the 80v is worth the extra money. I have a Greenworks lawn mower that I've been super impressed with for a few years now, and this snow blower is no different. Great job, Greenworks! PS - I do have a smaller area to clear. If you had a larger driveway or multiple driveways, I would recommend extra batteries. Remember that the higher Ah the battery, the longer it will last. But, for my needs, the included 4 Ah battery and 2 Ah backup is more than enough.

Easy assembly, works great, battery did my 70x20 driveway.

I can attest to the ease of assembly on this. I am looking forward to actually using it on the 2 to 4 inches of snow predicted tomorrow. If it is comparable to my other Greenworks devices, it should be a quick job cuz it is supposed to handle 10 inches. Gotta love the convenience of battery over gas.

Works well so far. It is all plastic so durability may reduce life of machine. Plenty of power with 80v to handle 3-4” depth. 4amp battery is sufficient to do my 3 car driveway. With the limited use, I would recommend for in town use.

Works great in light snow. Definitely difficult to use with the heavier lake effect snow. Battery life seems to hold up for several uses (depending how big the area is).

Works well - easy to assemble. I would give it five stars except for my concern about the durability of the plastic impeller when dealing with ice. I decided to purchase another battery 2.0 - got a great price at Best Buy.

I received this before the biggest Thanksgiving snow storm during recent history. Works surprisingly well. The extra free battery was a great bonus. I have a 6 car driveway and have no problem doing that and my sidewalk on one charge.

I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I bought this on a deal of the day so the price was worth it. I would not pay list value of $449.99 and I would definitely not pay $519.99 on greenworks website. Wait for a sale if you can. It worked great in the 8 inches of fluffy snow. Throws well. When we had 6 inches of heavier wet stuff, I had to take smaller cuts and still was hard to push through but it did work. The only thing I wish this had is adjustable skids to aid in going over uneven ground or cracks but all in all a good snowblower.

Had a 26 inch gas craftsman snow blower that fails to start every year if I dont take it for carburetor cleaning or some sort of maintenance. I got sick of dealing with it and took a chance with this smaller electric unit, best darn decision ever! It does the job just fine. I have a 4 cars driveway in Wisconsin and it handled the last few storms perfectly. I did go out twice for the stuff at the end where the city plow creates a barricade just in case it was too much for it. Never again will I go to gas ones. It was so easy to use I bought one for my dad. And I do suggest having an extra battery just in case, but I have been fine with just one.

Ordered the snow blower on line. Showed up in about a week. Was easy to assemble. Snow blower works great. Would recommend getting this blower for small areas and light snow.

Great product easy to use easy to assemble my daughter-in-law loves it. They get a lot of snow in Connecticut. The battery is last long.

Light weight, durable and powerful. Only an hour to recharge and ready to use again. Beats a gas powered snow blower hands down. I love it!!
