I can attest to the ease of assembly on this. I am looking forward to actually using it on the 2 to 4 inches of snow predicted tomorrow. If it is comparable to my other Greenworks devices, it should be a quick job cuz it is supposed to handle 10 inches. Gotta love the convenience of battery over gas.

The Greenworks 80V 20" cordless snow blower has met every expectation I had for clearing my front and back porch and decks. It has performed beautifully the first few snowstorms this winter. It handled a 15" and 12" snow load without hesitation with very good battery life.

Works well so far. It is all plastic so durability may reduce life of machine. Plenty of power with 80v to handle 3-4” depth. 4amp battery is sufficient to do my 3 car driveway. With the limited use, I would recommend for in town use.

I received this before the biggest Thanksgiving snow storm during recent history. Works surprisingly well. The extra free battery was a great bonus. I have a 6 car driveway and have no problem doing that and my sidewalk on one charge.

I recently purchased the Greenworks Snow Blower, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This snow blower has become my go-to solution for effortlessly tackling even the heaviest snowfalls. Two standout features that deserve special mention are its robust battery performance and the incredibly easy setup process. One of the most impressive aspects of the Greenworks Snow Blower is its battery. The snow blower comes equipped with a strong and long-lasting battery that truly stands up to its promises. I was able to clear my entire driveway and walkway on a single charge, and there was still plenty of power left for more. This is a game-changer, especially for those in areas with heavy snowfall, as you won't have to worry about constantly recharging or refueling. The efficiency and power of the battery ensure that you can get your snow clearing done without interruption. Setting up the snow blower couldn't be easier. The assembly process was straightforward, and the included instructions were clear and concise. It took me less than 15 minutes from unboxing to having the snow blower ready for action. The design is intuitive, with minimal components that snap into place with ease. Even if you're not particularly mechanically inclined, you'll have no trouble getting this snow blower up and running quickly. The snow blower's ergonomic design and adjustable handles make it comfortable to use, even during extended snow clearing sessions. The chute rotation and deflector controls are easy to manipulate, allowing you to direct snow where you want it to go with precision. The build quality is top-notch, with durable materials that can withstand the harshest winter conditions.
In conclusion, the Greenworks Snow Blower is a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly snow-clearing machine. Its strong battery and easy setup process make it a standout choice for anyone in need of a snow blower that gets the job done without the hassles. I wholeheartedly recommend this snow blower to anyone seeking a convenient and powerful snow-clearing solution that will save you time and effort during the winter months.

Works well - easy to assemble. I would give it five stars except for my concern about the durability of the plastic impeller when dealing with ice. I decided to purchase another battery 2.0 - got a great price at Best Buy.

Hello AppPencilPurchase. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear the snow blower was easy to assemble and is working well for you. We appreciate your note about the plastic impeller, while it performs well for clearing snow, caution is recommended when working with ice to help maintain durability. To help maintain the durability of the plastic impeller, consider these tips. (1) Avoid heavy ice. The impeller is designed for snow, not solid ice. Use a shovel or ice scraper to break up ice before using the blower. (2) Clear in layers. For deep or compacted snow, remove it in multiple passes rather than all at once. (3) Check for debris. Always make sure rocks, sticks, or other debris are cleared from the path before operating. (4) Store properly. Keep the snow blower dry and clean after each use to prevent wear and damage to components. It is great to hear you were able to get an extra battery at a good price. We appreciate your support and hope you continue to enjoy your snow blower! I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I bought this on a deal of the day so the price was worth it. I would not pay list value of $449.99 and I would definitely not pay $519.99 on greenworks website. Wait for a sale if you can. It worked great in the 8 inches of fluffy snow. Throws well. When we had 6 inches of heavier wet stuff, I had to take smaller cuts and still was hard to push through but it did work. The only thing I wish this had is adjustable skids to aid in going over uneven ground or cracks but all in all a good snowblower.

Had a 26 inch gas craftsman snow blower that fails to start every year if I dont take it for carburetor cleaning or some sort of maintenance. I got sick of dealing with it and took a chance with this smaller electric unit, best darn decision ever! It does the job just fine. I have a 4 cars driveway in Wisconsin and it handled the last few storms perfectly. I did go out twice for the stuff at the end where the city plow creates a barricade just in case it was too much for it. Never again will I go to gas ones. It was so easy to use I bought one for my dad. And I do suggest having an extra battery just in case, but I have been fine with just one.

3rd time using this snow blower. Does a good job. Just feels like it's about to break the plastic spinning thing if you go over a crack or something that isn't snow. The shoot clogs up if the snow isn't just right or if the shoot is turned 90 degrees in either direction. For the price, it's worth it. Would I pay more.. not for this model. Maybe for the one with the metal spinning thing.

Hello ScottC. Thanks for your feedback! We are glad to hear the 80V snow blower is performing well on flat terrain and that you are seeing solid battery life. With 4–5 inches of snow, especially if it is wet or densely packed, the machine will naturally require more effort due to resistance and the lack of self-propulsion.
For optimal results in deeper snow, we recommend working in overlapping passes and ensuring the auger area is cleared regularly to prevent clogging. If you ever need usage tips or support, our team is here to help at 1-888-909-6757 or via Live Chat at greenworkstools.com.

This Stage 1 Greenworks 80V snow blower work fantastic. I got to try it for the first time with 6 inches of snow on the ground and also being plowed in that had about 10 inches on the edge. To my surprise I was able to take it head on and she thru the snow a long way. I would highly recommend this snow blower.

Super strong. With the 4.0 amp hour battery, I easily did my 3 lane driveway (about 50 feet long) and sidewalks...about 3" of snow...and when I was done, the battery meter said 4 bars still. It throws the snow about 20-25 feet. Definitely a great snow thrower for a small to medium sized driveway. Definitely a keeper...

This blower was a life saver that changed more than 1 hour of sniw shoveling to only 10 minutes! Such a godsend for a man who’s getting on with age. It’s great for 3-5 inches of snow though paradoxically does less well for shallow snow of a couple of inches.
