It hardly ever worked properly, it either blew snow right back at me or just dumped it a couple inches from the "blower". My neighbors with real snowblowers had to come help almost every time. It’s incredibly frustrating to get out in cold with a product that is a useless piece of junk. To make matters worse, the battery charger doesn’t work at all. This is easily the most ridiculous purchase I’ve ever made. Companies like this should be held accountable for wasting customers’ time and money and for contributing more unnecessary junk to the world. Greenworks: What should I do with this giant piece of trash? And how can I get my time and money back? Bestbuy: Why would you sell something like this and call it a snowblower?
