The maintenance is wonderful (no carb, no spark plug, no changing oil) and I look forward to seeing how it does in terms of longevity. The batteries are interchangable with other 80v greenworks equipment I own, which is a good perk.

There is no bogging even with heavy snow and I have yet to experience a plugged chute. I would recommend running in three battery configuration as the two provided batteries seem to be only just sufficient to complete my driveway.

The augers would not turn for more than a few seconds. Emails back and forth to Greenworks was a pain and even though I sent pictures/videos per their request, it took days and days to get anywhere. Finally, they determined I would need to bring it to a repair shop. This thing was brand new and weighs more than 200 lbs! I decided to just bring it back to Best Buy for an exchange. I called customer service first to make sure I could bring it to my local store (I bought it at a different one because it was in stock there). They assured me I could. Well guess what?! I lugged this thing to the store, unloaded it, brought it inside and the manager refused to take it! She claimed that they’re a smaller store and have no way to send it back. She refused to make any concessions and was terribly unhelpful. She also refused to call customer service. I had to re-load it into my truck and take it to the store I originally purchased it from. The second store employee was nice, but this time, I had to pay an extra $100 for delivery because now it wasn’t in stock. This has been an excruciating experience from start to finish. The new snowblower worked the one time I’ve gotten to use it. If it stops working, I’ll just set it on fire.
