The white 40-degree tip, referred to as the “fan” tip creates the widest area of cleaning with relatively low pressure. This pressure washer tip is best used for light or delicate cleaning applications. Always test the nozzle away from people or objects to ensure it has been installed correctly. Once installed, be sure to test it on an inconspicuous area to make sure it will not damage the surface. Received by mail very fast. The spray head for using detergent is automatic, just put it on and it draws from the tank on the front. Amazing. The only small issue is the coiled spray hose is very hard to keep straight or neatly organized.

Not a keeper!

It lasted about 8 months and it is not covered under the BB Total plan, therefore I need to find a better one to replace it with. I gave it 2 stars because it worked great while it did but it is not a recommended product.

Posted .Hello Jaah. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
