    It works very well. Not as powerful as a 3400 PSI gas pressure washer, but well enough to take the discoloration off of our deck boards. The convenience of having no maintenance is great.

    Not as powerful as I thought. Pay attention during assembly, QR code is useless for that. Adapters are small, so keep them close or store in the cradle during usage. Good for windows, decks, some siding. Slightly less juice than your local self car wash

    Very handy in cleaning carpet and concrete although you may need more pressure for other harder job but with that speed you can still do the work.

    The web site did not mention that this unit needs assembly. There was a missing part, one of the nozzles. When I went to Best Buy to request names of agents for assembly, they were very unhelpful and said best buy was not responsible and I had to contact the manufacturer for any assistance and best buy had nothing to do with it and do not provide aftersales support for this product. I would not recommend this product for seniors. The customer service number for the manufacturer is difficult to get through, and the hold time can vary from 30 minutes to several hours. Eventually when I managed to get through the company sent me a replacement nozzle. I was informed by Best buy team, Best Buy does not provide aftersales support for this product, customers have to contact the manufacturer for any issues with the unit.
