Very useful for cleaning/washing car, dirty smelly garbage cans and will now start on cleaning my patio furniture

However, the machine proved very effective at doing the work.

I cleaned my patio, which was quite dirty; had to bend in order to get stubborn stains out. It got the job done; it takes a little longer but at only 2000 psi, hey.....

Great price! Haven’t had a chance to use it yet due to rain & work schedule but looking forward to cleaning back deck to prepare for staining.

Posted .Hello Adrian - Thank you for sharing your experience. We would like to offer a few suggestion in the hopes it will help resolve the matter you are experiencing. Generally, there are a few causes that create this problem. First, ensure a nozzle is connected. Second, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60 PSI. Lastly, there should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Hoping this was maybe a misstep and will be able to correct with these instructions. Unit ran for all of 30 seconds and died. Motor will not turn on. I cannot return at this point because On Trac has not updated my order to delivered. Still says “in transit” and should arrive today (May 27th). I received my order on 5/17. Can someone please update this to delivered so I can start the return process?
