I thought this would be the answer to my outside cleaning tasks. I tried it for the first time today and it did not clean any better than the $120.00 model I replaced it with, plus it is much more difficult to maneuver. Ladies do not waste your money on this product..... Especially from Best Buy they only give you about 14 days to return.

Hello ThomasM. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Pro 3000 PSI Pressure Washer. We are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the nozzle and pump, especially given the limited use you described. That is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.
In some cases, nozzle or pump damage can occur if pressure builds up in the system, if the unit is stored with water inside the pump, or if freezing temperatures affect internal components. To help protect the pump, it is important to fully release pressure after each use by turning off the unit, shutting off the water supply, removing nozzle and squeezing the trigger to drain any remaining water from the system before storage.
That said, a pump failure within a year may fall within the product’s warranty coverage. We recommend contacting Greenworks customer success with your proof of purchase and model details so the team can review your case. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent or by calling 1-888-909-6757. The only thing worse than the unit has been the customer service. Both have been absolute trash. Unit quit working after 9 uses (light duty). When it did work the PSI and GPM were significantly lower than any gas powered similarly rated units I've used. Tried calling customer service 25 times. On hold a total of 15 hours. Never an answer. Left number for a callback. Never a callback. Online chatbot was useless. Finally had a rep contact after leaving a scathing comment on Instagram. Rep provided 3 repair shop options. After 6 weeks, repair shop told me it was an unrepairable issue. Called Greenworks to submit a warranty claim. Actually talked with someone - who was actually helpful. Was told they never send pressure washers for service - the unit is replaced if still under warranty. The caveat is that the unit has to be with you during the call. The unit is still at the repair shop. 3 months into this and the saga continues.

Hello RobertB. We are sorry to hear of the experience you had with our Greenworks 3000PSI Pressure Washer. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered.
      (1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
      (2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
      (3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI.
      (4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

This pressure washer is not as great as I had expected. The pressure is lower than expected and it pulsates every 2-3 minutes with no air in the lines with the motor revving downing and then back up with the pressure going down and back up.

First use worked great for approximately 45 minutes. Second use, 45 minutes in the motor turned off and was smoking and no longer worked. Unit was in shade in 65 degree weather, had sufficient water flow and was using green 25° nozzle. No way 45 minutes should overwork the motor. Returned and will go back to my gas pressure washer as obviously electric ones are not reliable.

Hello Skyscraper. Thank you for your review. We regret to hear that you choose a different brand when there were troubleshooting suggestions we could have offered. Often, when the unit is cutting out and the breaker is tripping, this would be caused by a faulty nozzle, or the unit not being bled of excess air in the line. Here is some troubleshooting below! Be sure to try all steps as described.
      1) Clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
      2) Purge any excess air from the pump.
      3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45 PSI.
      4) Be sure to try ALL nozzles!
There are many benefits and reasons people choose electric over Gas. Electric pressure washers cost less on average, are easier to start and weigh less than gas models. They are also quieter than gas models, due to the lower psi. Electric pressure washers require less maintenance than gas units. They never run out of fuel. Can be used indoors or in enclosed spaces. And more! We hope this information helpful. We have a variety of options for a range of household lawncare needs. If you would like more detail on what units may be best suited for your needs, please contact us through Live chat direct on our site (www.greenworkstools.com) or by phone at 1-888-909-6757. Arrived covered in oil when I pulled it out of the box to try assemble a big pool of oil formed on the floor. Looks like somebody had already returned it or it was damaged in delivery. Either way Bestbuy was very unhelpful about returning it even though it was through no fault of my own. It's a heavy item and it was challenging for me to return it to the store. I repurchased the item at Lowes

Bought this product less than a year ago and its already dead. The power wash is a huge time saver but i used it less than 10 times and its already popping my breaker or its just turning off on its own. Tried returning it or getting a new one and bestbuy has no options to make an even exchange or offer anything to help fix such an expensive product.
