This pressure washer is not as great as I had expected. The pressure is lower than expected and it pulsates every 2-3 minutes with no air in the lines with the motor revving downing and then back up with the pressure going down and back up.

Arrived covered in oil when I pulled it out of the box to try assemble a big pool of oil formed on the floor. Looks like somebody had already returned it or it was damaged in delivery. Either way Bestbuy was very unhelpful about returning it even though it was through no fault of my own. It's a heavy item and it was challenging for me to return it to the store. I repurchased the item at Lowes

First use worked great for approximately 45 minutes. Second use, 45 minutes in the motor turned off and was smoking and no longer worked. Unit was in shade in 65 degree weather, had sufficient water flow and was using green 25° nozzle. No way 45 minutes should overwork the motor. Returned and will go back to my gas pressure washer as obviously electric ones are not reliable.

I took a chance on an electric pressure washer and got what I expected. The pressure kept cutting out on me and the circuit breaker kept tripping. Returned for refund and bought a gas powered pressure washer which works like a charm.

Hello Skyscraper. Thank you for your review. We regret to hear that you choose a different brand when there were troubleshooting suggestions we could have offered. Often, when the unit is cutting out and the breaker is tripping, this would be caused by a faulty nozzle, or the unit not being bled of excess air in the line. Here is some troubleshooting below! Be sure to try all steps as described.
      1) Clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
      2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
      3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45 PSI.
      4) Be sure to try ALL nozzles!
There are many benefits and reasons people choose electric over Gas. Electric pressure washers cost less on average, are easier to start and weigh less than gas models. They are also quieter than gas models, due to the lower psi. Electric pressure washers require less maintenance than gas units. They never run out of fuel. Can be used indoors or in enclosed spaces. And more! We hope this information helpful. We have a variety of options for a range of household lawncare needs. If you would like more detail on what units may be best suited for your needs, please contact us through Live chat direct on our site (www.greenworkstools.com) or by phone at 1-888-909-6757. Worked dor 20 minutes and then started smoking

I bought this on sale, at a good price. The reviews inreas befkre I purchased were mixed, but I decided to take a chance given the sale. When I home and assembled it, everything worked great. 20 minutes into the first use, the GFI breaker popped on the cord and it shutoff. 30 seconds later, the engine started to smoke. I immediately unplugged the cord, dowsed it with water, and let the smoke subside. I returned it and did not take my chance on another one. My opinion of Greenworks tools has been degraded as a result of this first-time experience using a tool by this brand. Would not recommend this pressure washer in the end.

Bought this product less than a year ago and its already dead. The power wash is a huge time saver but i used it less than 10 times and its already popping my breaker or its just turning off on its own. Tried returning it or getting a new one and bestbuy has no options to make an even exchange or offer anything to help fix such an expensive product. Never investing in garbage like this again, buy a water hose head guys

Hello Damagedbox. We are sorry to hear of your experienced. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered.
      1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar.
      3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI.
      4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

Fantastic power washer with a ton of power

As the title, implies this is a really great power washer with a ton of power. Right out of the box, it was really easy to setup. I had it ready to go in about 5 minutes. Very minimal pieces and parts, and overall very easy to put together. From there all I had to do was plug it in and start power washing. I had a very small electric power washer that I was looking to upgrade as I have a lot of vinyl fencing and masonry on my property to power wash. I was expecting to have to get a gas powered one to get the power I needed, but this one more than does the job, no combustion engine needed. I anticipate much less maintenance over time since there is only an electric motor. It's also quieter than most gas models, which is a plus. The wheels are also very large making it very easy to move around. The multiple nozzles also allow you to tailor your power washing experience to different surfaces and items. Overall, it did a really great job power washing my fence and house and I can't wait to try it on the pool deck. My only limitation is the length of my extension cord, which is a small trade off for the ease of use/low maintenance that comes with an electric pressure washer. It also comes with a 10 year motor warranty to piece of mind (and the 3 years on the tools is a plus too). It really operated smoothly too, no issues with the hosing or the attachments. As mentioned, it also has a ton of pressure for those hard to clean surfaces. I highly recommend this Greenworks pressure washer.

No way does this thing reach 3000 PSI. My 1800 psi did a way better job. It also stops working every 5 minutes and takes several minutes to start functioning again. It seems to do this every time i change the attachment. I didn't even get half my driveway done before i became frustrated and packed this up to return it. Not even going to keep it a full day.

Hello JenniferL. We are sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing. The pressure washer should be connected to a power supply that is 120V, 60 Hz, AC only (household). A considerable voltage drop will cause a loss of power and the motor will overheat. Please try the following steps:
      1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar.
      3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI.
      4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
We hope this helped. If the suggestions shared do not yield results, please contact Greenworks by Live chat on (www.greenworkstools.com) or call us on 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) so, our experts can discuss your experience! GreenworksTools
