This pressure washer is excellent! It has plenty of power, easy to move and store and was reasonably priced. The Best Buy staff were very friendly and helped put it in my car.

This 3000 PSI Greenworks pressure washer was exactly what I wanted. Cleaned my deck and first floor siding easily. And I don’t say that lightly. I have little upper body strength and yet I could handle this washer and accomplish the job in one take.

Well built! Does a good job, but doesn’t seem to have as much flow as it states. All in all, I like it much better than the gas one it replaced.

Not UberFlex ProPulse Hose as Told

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I was comparing this model sold on both BestBuy and Lowes. The Lowes unit comes with the Blue UberFlex Propulse hose, and the BestBuy model comes with a Black knockoff. I asked the difference between the Lowes and Best Buy units in Consumer Questions, and Greenworks stated it was an UberFlex hose. I also called Greenworks support directly to confirm, and they stated it was an UberFlex hose. I ordered the system from Best Buy and can confirm that the provided hose is not the Consumer UberFlex ProPulse hose. Oddly enough, I cannot see consumer questions about this product now. There were 10 questions answered. I have added pictures to this review that show the differences between the UberFlex ProPulse hose and the provided Black hose. The Black hose has braiding seams on the outside, the UberFlex does not, the connectors are different, the UberFlex has extended strain relief, the Black hose does not, the UberFlex has the full name and patent number stamped on the hose, the Black hose does not, and Black hose does not match up to the UberFlex hose to reduce kinks and usability. Maybe ProPulse makes the hose for Greenworks, but it is not the UberFlex and is not as good. Most people will purchase a 50' hose so I would recommend getting the best price but it would be good to still have a 25' UberFlex hose to use as an extension if need than the provided Black knock-off hose.

    Leaking oil on first use

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I like the design and cleaning power, but it immediately started leaking oil. Best buy supports returns first 15 days. I'm 20 days out. Green works support has been unreachable. Chatbot, no-go. Never connected to human being. Call. Held for 2 hrs before specifying callback. No call back. I have a bad feeling about getting any support from greenworks based on my experience. Too bad. Like I said, nice design and good power.

Not 2pgm its just 1.1 gpm.

First of all thanks to bestbuy for good customer support. This is not 3000psi at 2gpm. The 2gpm is at 100 psi. Please stay away from this product. This is false advertising. My old 1750psi Is way better. If you truly need a real power washer, better get a gas, powered one. Greenworks has to make the specifications very clear that this is definitely not 2gpm at 3000 psi.

Hello RobertS - We are sorry to hear about this issue! Often, this would be caused by a faulty nozzle, or the unit not being bled of excess air in the line. Here is some troubleshooting below! Be sure to try all steps as described.
      1) Clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
      2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
      3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60 PSI.
      4) Be sure to try ALL nozzles!
If this issue persists, please contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or start a live chat on Greenworks website. We hope this information has be helpful. GreenworksTools
