Solid performer for an electric power washer. It works well. I wish it had just a little more power for tough stains on the patio, but the attachment works well

Not quite as powerful as the gas version this has replaced, but quieter and easier to start...and plenty strong for all jobs around the house to date.

This is a great pressure washer but it has a few issues that shows that they went cheap with it. There is no control for the soap so it will automatic pump the soap from the bottle. it is only supposed to mix it in when you use the soap attachment.
The unit is powerful and does a good job cleaning overall but frustrating at times.
I used this to pressure wash my house and during that time. it turned off 2 times. After letting it rest for a minute, I was able to turn it back on. the unit was still powered based on the light.

Hello Percy. Thank you for sharing your experience. The soap will only be dispensed when liquid pressure washer soap is in the soap tank, and the short black soap nozzle is attached. The pressure washer has sensors that detect when the soap nozzle is attached to the wand, and then the soap will be mixed with the water. When the trigger is pulled, the soapy water will come out at a low pressure. To stop the soap from coming out, attach another nozzle tip and pull the trigger until there is no more soap in the lines, then you are back to all water. We are sorry to hear the unit stopped during use. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered. 1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. 4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you are still having trouble, please contact Greenworks by Live chat on (www.greenworkstools.com) or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).
