First of all, I did not receive the correct lawnmower that I was purchasing. As pictured only came with one battery. I received the lawnmower that had dual port charger with two batteries. Two different batteries. I should’ve received the (2) 4.0 Ah batteries. Also, did not receive the correct charger. I did call Best Buy to try to make this right and try to get matching batteries. The customer service line is a joke and they led me to believe that I was going to be receiving a new battery this Friday. Im going to tetun all my order and close my account. This is a joke! WOW! Do better!

Though supposedly I trust this company but I purchased this Lawnmower back in May 2025 and haven't used it since December. I went to cut a little bit of my year two days ago and to my most disappointment, the machine wouldn't start. The self propeller seems to still be working, however it wouldn't run to turn the blades. Frankly I hadn't used the mower more than perhaps 5 times. So disappointed.

The wires at the handlebar were pinched and exposed. I know the mower is refurbished but it was clearly used and repackaged very hastily. Grass clippings all over the place and the batteries were fully discharged. The mower came in a box with no padding and a single strip of tape to hold it into a huge box. The box came dented and ripped and one side was completely opened. It was missing screws to attach the handlebars and the blade had clear signs of usage (dents and dings).

I returned this machine because the two batteries that came with it were defective. I had to put it back in the box, and it was heavy. Good thing I got a replacement without a problem.

Battery was missing in the machine but they said it was past 15 days I could not ask for a resolution or refund.unfortunately I checked too late it was missing I checked .Now need to save money to buy batteries.

Mine arrive cut and missing parts. I had to bring it back to the store which was a bit of a chore. This was a very negative experience and I would not recommend it.
