Been using this product for about a month. It works well as an trimmer, though i ended up replacing the trimmer line because the spool it came with broke every 10 minutes or so. I love that its electric & cordless. So much quieter than a gas one & less hassle than a corded tool. Battery lasts long enough to get the yard done. Not a big fan of this as an edger. Its much harder to edge than using a proper edger with a blade. Overall does a great job & happy with my purchase.

The battery life is excellent. Cutting is a breeze, has good power for battery operated model. Switching from one mode to the other is simple. Wish I had read the description and seen it was not an auto feed string. Tapping the bottom doesn’t always work, so I find myself stopping and manually retreading plus one eyelet is not damaged but still functional.

Really love this trimmer! It is lightweight and quiet. Really easy to put together and maneuver. Battery is easy to charge and very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Works very well. Easy to operate but has the power to do the job. Was able to weed eat both my yard and my neighbors yard on one charge.

This Greenworks trimmer does a great job. While not meant to be like the heavy duty models, it still trims the weeds just fine. The battery lasts a long time as well. I have always had great results from Greenworks. I have several of their tools. You can’t go wrong with Greenworks! I would definitely recommend this trimmer for homeowners that don’t have huge yards.

Have used this weed eater for a month and still holding a charge Of course I am just using it around my small home and around my trees and bushes.... lightweight and strong enough for my light duty.

I LOVE THIS WEEDWACKER!!! PERFECT FOR WOMEN - NOT TOO HEAVY, GIVES YOU A LITTLE ARM WORK OUT WHICH IS GREAT - VERY MANAGABLE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS NEW TOY! I AM PROBALLY GOING TO PURCHASE ANOTHER BATTERY OR THE LARGER ONE JUST FOR THAT EXTRA TIME.

The trimmer works really well! It provides plenty of power and surprising amount of time on a single charge (was worried that 2.0 Ah wouldn't be enough, but not the case). One thing I wish was configured differently is the handle turn mechanism... It's super easy to turn and lock which I like, but there's no choices between 0, 90, 180, 270 degrees, it would be nice to pick at a 60 degree angle for certain areas of my yard. Besides that, everything about this trimmer is amazing and it has officially replaced my old non-electric trimmer.

This trimmer works great. I was worried about the power from an electric trimmer, but it worked to the same level as my old gas weed whip. I love the ease of use, simplicity and the reliable level of power. Keep it charged!

I bought this because I already have the mower & blower so I can use the batteries in all 3. This unit did a nice job cutting the weeds. More power than expected.

Its green and it sure works!!!!! I love this cordless battery operated grass trimmer. Lets just say the battery last longer than my strength of cutting the grass. Not that its heavy, but you do wear out more faster than the battery lol

Great function for small jobs but cannot find replacement spools. Only purchase this item if you have time to rewind the refill spool once it run out

I love it I can I am a woman and I can use it by myself. It’s not that heavy but it does a great job.

I got 2 batteries but it works really well and i dont really bave anything negative to say. Itngot here 2 days affer i ordered 95 percent put together and ready to go.

Exactly what I needed to replace the bulky gas powered string trimmer I currently was using. This was super easy to put together and I had it up and running after charging the battery in less than five minutes. Plenty of power and run time to do a normal suburban yard. I’ve purchased a couple Green Works items as I’ve been working to eliminate all of my gas yard tools. I have an EGO lawnmower and blower. I feel like the price point of these is much better. The battery power is just as reliable and is more than enough to take care of what I need. I purchased a chainsaw as well so having two batteries is really helpful.
