I will say I have to research the care instructions. There was nothing in the packaging. I mean not a single piece of paper. So curing and cleaning instructions one has to research. I love having it in ly cooktop though.

I can’t wait to cook on it and it’s a great addition to my new cooktop. I just wish it came with the cooktop and not have to be purchased separately.

I like a griddle and so bought this over priced model but wow it wobbles and drives me crazy. I am not sure I will even use it. It's crazy that it does not sit flat on the grate. not sure which is the problem the grate or the griddle but it should not wobble
