I bought this to replace my Lifeproof case (the screen protector unseals over time, eliminating the waterproof feature) and I like it better than Lifeproof. I wanted a durable case with protective covers over both cameras and some water resistance, which this has (not waterproof). I really like the fact that I can remove the lens cover on the back camera to take pictures. The only problems are the heavy duty protection makes it thicker (can be a problem when putting it in a small pocket, but came with a removable clip for attaching it to the pocket or belt), my case has a little space between the screen cover and the screen (reduces the sensitivity), and dust gets under the screen cover because the edges of mine don't completely seal. Dust can also get under the back camera lens cover if you don't completely close it after pictures. Over all, I like it. Bonus: the cool camo color.

The case protects as advertised. It is very durable and shock absorbent. There are a few cases that are smaller, but do not provide anywhere near the protection. There are access flaps for the light, camera, and charging port, so there is no need to remove the case.

Griffin technologies survivor cases are great for protecting your technology needs. I have used this on iPods, iPhones, and iPads and would highly recommend them for the protection against drops and even dust. I work in a wood facility with lots of dust and have had no issues with it getting inside my devices.

We purchased this to cover and protect my child's new ipod. The plastic screen protector is sealed around the edges so if any liquids were to spill or splash onto it, I firmly believe it would not get to the ipod itself. I'm happy with the thick rubber bumpers on the edges & corners. When, not if this is dropped, it's going to bounce and not break. Expensive devices deserve this kind of protection.

The case provides good protection from impact particularly at the vulnerable corners. However the thin plastic screen cover doesn't sit firmly on the screen. This drastically reduces touch sensitivity making it difficult to type and particularly play games.

Great case stands rain but a major problem when charging, pics, and music

good protection, good style, feels good in hands. a little pricey though.

I am pleased with the quality and price of this product. I have dropped my iPod once from about 3 feet with this case and it protected it from damage. I like to use the detachable clip as an ergonomic stand to free up my hands while watching media so you can set it up on a table and several people can watch without having arms and hands in the way.

Got this for my son's iPod - love that his iPod is well protected. The fact that it is all-over protection is what I love the most, which is a must for younger children. My son takes his to ballgames, so with this case, I have no worries if he drops it - not broke and no scratches!

I really love this case. The iPod is so little and i knew i would always drop it. The case is very durable, I have dropped it many times since I've had the case. It had a belt clip which is great while cleaning up or walking.

I thought this case would be good protection for my son's ipod (he is 8). It is great. The only down side is the protective cover can sometimes make it harder for the touch screen to work (reason is didn't get 5 stars). It isn't a film sticky cover like most cases but an actual plastic cover as part of the case. Still well made and protects well.

I needed a case that would clip to my belt during workouts, which this does. The look and feel of the case are excellent and add to the appearance of the Touch. The one downside is that I have to remove the clip any time I want to sync and/or charge the device because the clip otherwise covers that input.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter's iPod touch. She has dropped her iPod numerous times with no damage to the phone. There is a small flap on the back of the case that you pull back and to the side when you're trying to take a photo. This piece broke off within days.

I like the way it feels and it protects my Touch really well. I also like the rubber piece that blocks the camera lens to keep it protected. The only thing I would change is possibly the clear overlay in front which is not as touch sensitive as I would like and isn't as crystal clear as some protective covers but it works well for the price

I just got this case for my iPod touch,and it's amazing. I drop stuff all the time,and my iPod is very well protected in this case. The only issue is there's a plastic piece over the front so you have to press s bit harder than you would if it wasn't in a case.

It seems through time that my wife has the worst luck with any phone she owns. This case will protect it from any drop within reason, but not one into the toilet! It is not waterproof, or even resistant. I would highly recommend it to keep the screen safe, but if they keep it in their back pocket - maybe get one that is waterproof!

fits perfect...keeps screen from getting damaged..

I gave this case to my 5 year old daughter for Christmas along with a brand new iPod. So far it has done a great job keeping the iPod in prefect shape. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because for some reason the inside of the case finds a way to get dirty inbetwee the screen and the case requiring disassembly for cleaning oftern.
