We bought for a 6-7 year old and has held up through drops and other mishaps. Case does get dirty easy but it's expected and nothing soap and water can't fix.

Daughter Loves It

I am happy I did because it provides really good protection and makes it easy to grip her ipod with her small hands.

Great Product

Was a litttle to "little kiddy" for my tweener in the store, but once home she LOVES it. Very nice case.
