This was easy to do, cut up your old one, send them pics and they send you a new one. Ingenious process, no mailing back to them. Simple and fairly quick, the new one arrived earlier than they said, within a week.

Excellent case for Ipod Touch128

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This case is "soft" and is much better than a previous hard case that I had for my old Ipod touch 64. Using the controls is much easier than with the hard case. The connection ports are not covered so there is no protection from water.
