    The purpose of the case protects my IPOD as I expected; however the case is not designed to allow my earbuds to plug in completely. The case design covers up the IPOD opening too much for the earbuds to work properly. To use the ear buds, I have to remove the case, and this defeats the full function having a protective case. This is not a Best Buy issue, it is design flaw by Griffin Technologies

    I gave my three year old one of my I pods for christmas because her kid games were taking over our phones. We brought the case the day after christmas and since then, like a typical three year old, she has dropped the I pod in every possible way imaginable. She's dropped the phone on carpet, down the stairs, on the asphalt while we are taking her out of the van, you name it she's done it and the I pod is still not damaged. The case was a great buy, I recommend it.
