I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. She absolutely loves it. You cannot tell it was refurbished and the price was great compared to other places. She has only had it for a couple of weeks so hopefully there won't be any issues with it in the future. Great purchase!

Bought this for a friend (ex wife, believe it or not) and she says: It is the best thing I ever owned. As a nurse was able to leave my phone at a locker. And still have access to my messages and phone calls. Kept me on my feet and I loved the not worrying about it getting wet.

i’ve had a fitbit, however it was outdated and i wanted something that would be more accessible to my phone. i tried a cheaper verizon brand and after a day knew it wasn’t what i wanted, i knew the apple watch was quite expensive in comparison but decided it could be worth the splurge and it really has been and then some!

Caveat Emptor. Let the Buyer Beware. This looked like a bargain and out of the box looked flawless and had no obvious signs of wear or use. Unfortunately, after powering it up that's when there were problems. The display was crazy because the internal accelerometer was broken. Chats with Apple Support were fruitless and the device was past the "free" support stage and not eligible for Apple Care. Returned to Best Buy (in store) and then got into a debate on whether refurbished items bought online could be returned in store (they can, but they wanted to argue). If you are going to buy refurbished, buy in store only so you can try before you buy... and I don't trust refurbished after this experience.

This watch is amazing. It can do so many things and looks great, too. I would highly recommend it.

My daughter bought this watch for herself and she doesn’t take it off. Excellent value and great working order.

Disappointed! Delay in receiving item. Came in a plan box with an oily substance staining box. Very surprised to not have a manual or adapter in package. After 3 days of trying to charge watch, found out charger didn't work. Best Buy was not willing to exchange defunct charger. I was forced to return entire package due to faulty charger.
