The agent was very careful to make sure everything was working before mounting everything. Then mounted the TV keeping all of the cables tucked behind the TV and out of sight. Everything was then tested and cleaned up. Went over the new TV to make sure we understood all of the new settings.

They made excellent recommendations which I found very practical, .they went beyond excellent , their work was outstanding! They even removed the empty tv box for me with No fuss. The original installation was not what I expected but the re-install was great. It was done to my expectations and they understood what I wanted. The sound bar is now where it belongs and wires are not visible. Only wish the original installer had been a little more on the ball. Sorry I don’t have a before picture but previously the sound bar was on a lower shelf and was not aesthetically pleasing

The agents were very careful in mounting my new tv because it was larger than the previous one. They did some measurements and determined the best way to hang the new tv without damage to my ceiling or w all ll. These were true professionals and very courteous to me and careful in my home.
