The speakers on the chair are quite good for chair speakers. Overall good

The seat is not as soft as it claims to be. I guess it takes a little getting used to. It seems to be sturdy, but it is not made for a very large person. The speakers sound good, and it was easy to setup. I would recommend this chair, but I would probably get me a softer cushion to sit on. It rolls very well, and I like the footstool. Overall, I really like it. If the seat waere very soft I would rate is as a 5 star!

The screw goes in but when connecting it with the chair arm wouldn’t thread properly, so the arm won’t stay on. Connecting Best Buy for support.

This is my third gaming chair and the smallest I've seen to date. Outside of the missing parts being the focual reason for my return the seat is very narrow. If you have any butt or thighs it will be uncomfortable.
