Buyer beware!!! Missing parts and runaround!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son and it came missing a bunch of parts so he obviously didn’t get it for Christmas. The manufacturer asks you to deal with them but I am getting the runaround and they still haven’t sent out the missing parts to me. I’m honestly completely over it at this point and one more day away from just returning it to Best Buy and going with a completely different chair if they haven’t at least shipped the missing parts (the casters, the “mechanism”, the “controller”, it’s unusable!)
