One Star – Chair Quality and Issue Resolution

One chair worked properly, but the second arrived defective and the LED lights never worked. I spent several weeks trying to resolve the issue. The company did respond to messages, but ultimately refused to issue a full refund, refused to replace the chair, and refused to provide replacement parts, stating everything was out of stock. The only resolution offered was a partial refund, and I was expected to keep the broken chair. When I went to leave a review, the GTPlayer chair I purchased did not appear in my order history. The only item shown was a Christmas chair I never bought. I wonder if they do that on purpose to ensure that poor reviews are not tied to the actual product. The chair itself is comfortable. However, if you receive a defective item, post-purchase support does not resolve the issue. Buy at your own risk and hope you don’t need to return a defective product.
