    Took several hours to send a digital code. Way slower than in-game, but this is the only way to buy gems on any kind of sale or use other discounts.

    No real advantage to buying this at Best Buy other than flexibility. (Can be purchased for same price In-game). I have to "ding" this purchase though as the website that I was directed to "LIT UP" my Bitdefender with security warnings and the website just looked shady. I almost didn't complete the (digital) transaction due to concern.

    Do not redeem on Chrome...after 3 hours of going in circles..talking with the chat folks, and 2 different customer care guys (had to call back due to being disconnected). Finally last guy asked what browser I was using, that fixed it.

    Ordered 2 gem cards at the same time. 2 Different orders. On came in about 15 to 20 minutes later, the other still waiting for some reason...no help available. :( Never had it happen b4 ! !
