It's Great! I get to spend all the gems I please and don't feel dirty at all.

Gems are virtual currency used in GW2 to purchase cosmetic upgrades as well as account upgrades - from things like armor or weapon skins to character slots to storage expansion to special keys to open game chests. With this gem card, you can give a GW2 playing friend or family member this gift. The recipient only needs to reveal the code to enter in-game to redeem the gem value. Or if you're using it for personal use, you can snag a card with a discount by using your Best Buy reward cert.

Exactly as expected. Typed the code into the game and received the gems.

Its always been nice that Guild Wars is not a monthly subscription. because of this i feel that i have extra money to spend on gems

What else is there to say...it is a gift card. Rub off the back and enter it into the trading post and buy your items! Easy as pie!

Haven't been able to find these anywhere but best buy. Was pretty happy about finding them until I tried paying. I guess you can't purchase these cards with a Best Buy gift card. These gems can be purchased in game now. I had a Best Buy gift card I was wanting to spend and this was the only thing of interest. Ended up buying anyways with a different payment.

It's excellent that Best Buy has these cards. It's a big hit with my family for when we play Guild Wars. Great as a small gift.

Whether you are a Player, or know someone that is, the Gem Card is a great alternative for Players to get Gems, currency to spend at the Guild Wars 2 in-game Gem Store. The cards provide the same gem per dollar ratio so you know that you're not paying more than you would in the Gem Store, where one would purchase upgrades to better their gaming experience; from additional bank/character slots, gathering tools, bag slots (Adventurers of Tyria can never have too much inventory space).
