Great for night time only

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.During this stay at home quarantine I've been spending a lot more time in front of screens and during the nights without ambient lights these glasses work great, but during the day the inside of the lenses reflect other objects making it difficult to see the screen clearly. Perhaps the frames could have a removable shade all around to fix that problem, but that's not worth my time and energy so I returned them for a refund.

Not for me

Monitors still incredibly bright (20 years of competitive gaming will screw your eyes up). I keep my monitors on reader mode and the Gunnar's still didn't help me. Also came out the box with many scratches on the lenses but that wasn't so bothersome when I just wanted to cut out some blue light.
