    Bought this for my teenager because he spends a lot of time doing school work or simply using the computer. He didn’t like using them. I wore them while watching tv late in the evening. It lowered the background blue affect somewhat. Not sure exactly how much they really help long term.

    i had trouble with eye strain and headaches from too much time on the computer, and using these glasses have caused those issues to go away. No more tired eyes. I have been using these for two weeks and so far they have been fantastic!

    my second pair of gunnar glasses, i really want to like them but they have magnifacation lenses . make my eyes hurt over time . they look pretty stylish but they also cost a bunch and now i find i dont want to use them.
