    I'm a 30yo male. They fit me. Takes a little getting used to but after a couple days of wearing them, they're great. And they're cheaper than the "adult" version. Plus I like the color more than the "adult" version.

    Got these glasses to use on my computer, I got lasik and being in front of computer or phone would strain my eyes. Using these glasses has helped me reduce the strain on my eyes

    I personally, only got these for my friend. I have another set glasses from the same company and yes they really do help with the eyes strain from blue light. They also fit nicely with headsets.
