Honestly, go buy something which is more tinted. It really depends on your work environment. If you have a g sync monitor and your monitor increases in brightness as the hz is increased, well then you would benefit from this. Until you realize it is cheap. However, there is a huge difference. It is noticeable. But these can only help so much. You really aren't getting the best bang for your buck here. If you work in a main computer area, replace the lights in your ceiling with smart lights. Tint those lights (very easy). And then for the computer, just turn on the monitor yellow screen eye care program mode. Night mode or whatever. The glasses feel cheap. I have purchased many glasses for under 50 dollars. These were by far the cheapest. I'm not kidding. If you so much as drop your phone on these, they are done. I haven't tried their more intense models. They may have a more sturdy, well-built model. This is not that model lol. Overall, there is a difference and if it helps you, then keep it. If you are deciding on which glasses to buy, go purchase their most expensive model. Hopefully it is strong. In my opinion, these glasses are not worth 50 bucks. Crappy deal.

I recently just got Lasik and was looking for something to help me adjust. I feel like that helped with my headaches and don't feel like I'm straining my eyes looking at a computer all day.

So these glasses aren’t bad. The thing that got me is the “Gunnar Focus”. It’s a .2 magnification to the lenses that after a day of work at my computer it would actually give me headaches. I gave them a few days to see if maybe I just needed to get used to them but no wasn’t the case. Took them in and bought some with no magnification and those work way better. If you’ve got good eyes and vision go for no magnification.

The frames are nice, but they seemed to have the opposite effect for me. They didn't seem to help much, when using them with a screen/TV, and I even got a headache once - which I rarely ever get. Maybe it's due to astigmatism, but they even seemed to slightly blur my vision, if I wasn't right next to the screen. I returned them, but I'd buy their frames in the future

I've been using these for a while now. They really help with migraines, which is great because I don't have to take a sick day when it's harder to sit at the computer. There's something about the lenses that make them hard for your vision to adjust. I wear them when it's absolutely necessary, which is why I kept them instead of returning. I had hoped they would be great for being at the computer all the time, but I can only tolerate them for so long. For me, still worth the help with the headaches though.
