There seems to have tint on both sides of the lens, so if you are in a room with natural sunlight you might see a reflection of your eyes in the lens. But at night or if you are in a room with no sunlight, I did not have that issue. I feel and believe that if spend long hours on electronic devices theses type of glasses are very helpful to our health and you can't put a price on that. I do notice that I sleep longer after I've been using glasses for gaming

These glasses do well at blocking blue light, but they feel very cheap. I definitely expected better from glasses that cost well more than the cheap ones you can find on Amazon.

As a graphic designer and also a gamer, im staring at screens all day long. MY eyes started getting dry and painful more often and I started looking for something stronger than the cheap ones I already owned. These have worked perfectly since i purchased them and ive had a huge reduction with the eye issues. Definitely recommend if you're dealing with the same.

I primarily bought these because I stare at a computer screen for 10 to 12 hour shifts at work. I did a little research on whether these types of glasses actually help with eye strain, irritation, and dryness. After finding out they can be helpful, I decided to give these a shot. I have found that my eyes tend to feel better even after long shifts at work. They have really helped with strain and irritation. I would highly recommend for anyone who has to spend hours in front of a screen. Of course, I also use them for gaming as they're advertised for anyway. Similar to what I said above, they certainly help with strain if you spend long hours gaming. What I really like about them though is that they give a different look to games due to filtering blue light. You don't notice it until you look through these glasses and see the difference, but I find there's a greater clarity and sharpness to the images when I'm using these glasses. The frame itself is solid and feels sturdy. I'm not worried I'm going to break them very easily. Likewise, the lenses are sturdy as well.

These lenses really helped. I work at a deck all day and like to come home and game at night. These have helped a lot woth the fatigue i would suffer. I recommend

It's works. The only thing is I can't wear it for a long period of time because it's tight. It's how I've always felt with the Gunnar glasses. I would keep trying different styles, but always ending up with the same issue. They would dig to my temples. I wish they will make it a little wider, so I can keep wearing them because I also like the variety of styles Gunnar has. So, if it's not tight for you, then it will definitely work.

I work on a large screen all day and these have made an great difference in my eyes by the end of the day. I do wish that the size was larger, but I can live with it.

Have really noticed my headaches go away after being on my laptop all day for work. Would highly recommend for any desk job.

Came a bit later than expected, but still not a big deal. These glasses work very well and even though some experts do not agree with me, I think that wearing these all the time will prevent some damage to your eyes. These block blue light very well, and I recommend these glasses in particular. As the other brands of cheaper blue light glasses don't work. Gunnar is the best.

They are comfortable and drastically reduce eye stress. My son games for hours in a day and used to have blood shot eyes after a short time. His eyes have cleared up substantially.

These have proven very helpful in working as a mental health therapist, especially with how frequently I'm using screens for either telehealth appointments and/or completing paperwork. I could pretty immediately tell that my eyes were straining less upon using them.

Keeps my eyes from straining. I work sales from a computer all day. before using these glasses, I would always come home with tired eyes. The improvement I felt after using for a full day was amazing. Highly recommend for any situation, even to drive!

These glasses were on sale and thought what better time to replace my warn out old pair (same brand) that i had stop using for some time now. Great fit and weight, the sizing of the lenses are just right, defintely an upgrade from my old pair. If on sale, you should definitely get them.
