So far, I like these glasses a fair amount. Personally, I don't know how much they do in the way of protection from eye strain and whatnot, but after having them for a while, I'm thinking they are probably do help more than I think.

I am in front of screens for probably 14+ hours a day and I use these constantly. My eyes feel less strained and dont feel as week whenever I am getting off the screens.

I highly recommend these glasses for any gamer and even office workers. These glassss really help you eyes focus on the screen and eliminate harmful bluelight. My eyes are not blood shot anymore after working with conputers all day and then coming home to game.
