I like their software. It’s fairly easy to use and is reasonably priced. You can transfer last year’s Turbo Tax files to it.

I have been using this tax program for many years and have found it very easy to use and helpful with built in links for topics including links to the IRS website. What I really don't like is that there is nothing in the description that tells me I have to download the software and that there isn't an actual CD inside. I want the actual CD because there may be a time in the future that i will need to reload the program and by having to download the SW it may not be available.

I use this product every year and find it easy to use and dependable year after year.

My older MacBook Pro runs OS 10.11 - H&R Block runs fine on this OS I do not understand why Turbo Tax needs 10.12 (my MacBook Pro won't support 10.12, so H&R Block wins that race. Program is rather easy to use; it imported last years Turbo Tax including even dreaded AMT tax and supporting doc. I used the Deluxe (Best Buy $35); it did ask once did i want to upgrade for $20. No need to - homeowner, investments, W-2, 1099-R. All good.

I have used H&R Tax Software to do my taxes for over ten years and I think it is great. I use to have to do the short form and the long form and then after hours of this I would choose the method that gave me the most return and submit that. H&R Block does all of that for you and in only about a half hour to an hour depending on how laid out I have my forms and how much searching I have to do for my forms. It is a great product.

It's great that Deluxe Federal + State version contains both the federal and state software as well as the free federal e-filing. The state costs extra for e-filing but you can print and mail in the state return to avoid that cost. The only negative is that it didn't properly show the available printers in the print dialog. But I was able to select the right printer by looking at the print dialog in another program and using the arrow keys to make a selection. I don't know if it was something special about my install of Windows 10 but as I said, I was able to work around the problem.

I have used a version of this program since 2011. Prior to that it was called TaxCut and I used that program since 2000. I used to be a professional tax preparer, but now just do family returns. This product is consistent and gives accurate results. Of note: I generally do not use the interview process as I am used to filling out the forms directly. However, I did try it once and found it to be quite good.

I have used this software for years. Whether new tax law, my own situation, this software, or a combination, this was the easiest year yet. Even though It was my last year using a very outdated PC and Vista, it loaded smoothly the first time and updates ran smoothly too. While mine weren’t complicated, I got state and federal taxes filed the first time with no errors to correct or review in record time.

Great way to do your taxes especially if you have stocks and rental properties. Software knows all about the new tax laws and how to apply them to the data that you input. Very easy to load if you have a DVD D player as part of your computer. If you the option of filing the taxes electronically for an additional $20

I've been using H&R Block Tax software for almost two decades and I like its ease of use as well as its update process. This version includes a state tax edition which you simply download. I also like the simple electronic filing for both federal and state returns. I've never had an audit while using this software, and Best Buy usually offers some type of rebate
