Worst tax software on the market!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've worked with many tax softwares in the past - good and bad - but HR Block is absolutely the worst!! The input doesn't flow to the forms correctly. I was told I had to override the information on the forms and calculate everything manually. Who will pay for the software to fill out the forms manually when they are available on irs.gov for free? Best Buy will not issue a refund because it's a software and HR block will not issue a refund either - they simply ignore your requests: not responding to emails and dropping the phone calls. I have no idea how they stay in business with such a horrible software and the worst customer service. Avoid at all costs!!
