It’s very easy to used but be careful with answer all the questions because sometimes don’t calculate all the credits

I've used this product since before H&R purchased the original company. Have not been disappointed with it ever and it's been over 20 years. I've used it personally, with for profit and non profit businesses and for family members. The interview process is super easy and if you use it from year to year it brings everything forward which helps in the new tax year. Use it for planning tax liability in the next year too!

I purchased the 2018 tax software to complete my personal and business taxes. The installation was a little complicated and I had to call into H&R Block for installation assistance. The assistant was very patient and helpful. I then processed my personal and business taxes. The process was not bad and the federal and state taxes that were submitted was accepted.

My third year using this software for taxes. Fairly easy to use. Did have to call help line once for advice - got right through and got the advice I needed. Exporting data in a secure manner was tricky, so I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I need to purchase this premium software for taxes. Ir is simple to use, and help is just a phone call away. One year I had an issue with the IRS , H & R block handled it all personally. Great Business/personal program.

I have used H & R Block tax software for the last couple of years after leaving Turbo Tax. What do I like about it -- it's a better buy than Turbo Tax and it does the same thing. The interface is clean and easy to follow.

Been using it for years. Switched when had a problem with competing software not importing or recognizing last year's data and happy ever since. H& R Block was able to read the prior year with no problem.

QuickBooks is a staple of small/medium business and a solid product. No reason to upgrade besides the lockout of importing bank account data once the product has been out for three years.

This software works well except that I was never able to upload our E-File Virginia State tax return. It created the tax efile but would not work with the Virginia State to upload for some reason. I had to get a wavier same as last year and it advertises that it will work with Virginia. It will not at least for the Business part. It said I could for our personal state return for an extra fee which I did not pay. There was no added charge for the Business return but it just would not work. I called customer service to see if they were having a problem but they could not tell me yay or nay. Totally useless customer service.

This allows 5 free filings - enough for my family. I do everyone's return quickly and easily, even those with some complications. The phone in support is also good.

We’ve been using H&R Block to do our taxes for several years now and are happy with how easy it is to use. See old returns to help with new returns, it’s great

this is my favorite tax software. I have been using this for about 9 years with no issues. Easy to navigate backwards when you have a question to research.

I'm the treasurer for 2 not for profits and one non-profit. The software walks you through it and doesn't assume that you already know what you're dong

The program was easy to use, just insert disc and follow the prompts. Had those complicated taxes finished in no time.

I always choose H & R Block tax software. It is easy to use, I can transfer data from previous years easily.
