I've been using H&R Block tax software for more than 20 years and it never disappoints. Navigation is easy, their question/answer interview format is simple and intuitive, and it covers everything. Also, it conveniently imports data from other sources (e.g. quickbooks, etc), and most importantly, it's cheaper than Turbo Tax!!

Have purchased this software for many years and find it very easy to use. It downloads information from the previous year so that reentry of data is not necessary. Also like the review of once you have completed your taxes where it identifies possible errors and audit points.

The product get's better and better each year ...... signin and save sequence could be in the header.....

H&R Block has a version that says PC download. This version says Windows, Mac. Maybe it's just me but I assumed this version would come with a disc compatible with both kinds of computers. If I wanted to download instead of using the disc, then I'd get the other version. Wrong! No disc. Had to download, and that was far more challenging than it should have been.

I have been using HRB for years with no issues. This interface is easy to understand and it will allow you to import from other popular tax software. I used to be a TT fan, but the cost versus features did not seem worth the difference. You can usually find HRB less than MSRP, a coupon, or some promo. I have never been audited, possibly thanks to HRB, so can't comment on the support features.

I have used H&R Block for several years and love the fact that they self load lots of items from previous years for consideration and I don't need to type all those items in the tax form as they do it for you, I only need to update the figures. I always buy from Best Buy as they have fair prices.

I have bought H&R tax products for years. It is easy to install and easy to use. The prompts and questions make doing my taxes easier and quicker.

I thought I was getting a physical disk with the product, but I was able to download the product and install it on a stand-alone machine.
