This software could not make doing taxes any easier. It asks you every question to complete your taxes quickly and easily. We have used it for years and have never even considered using anything else. We used to pay a tax person a lot of money to do what we actually can now do with ease thanks to this software. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

I like that it comes with 5 free e-Files... Not only was I able to do our taxes and e-File them, but I was able to do my daughter's as well and e-File them... I ran into 1 question about something on our taxes and used the Chat Now feature and got immediate help on how to fix it. It wasn't an issue with the software, but a tax question.

I have used this product several times and it is very easy to understand. I used another product one year and it was not the same. I will stick with H&R Block. If you are not sure about something it will prompt you with questions to see if you qualify. It also lets you know of any updates when you open the program.

I had never done my own taxes but had heard the software was easy to use. I did and it worked extremely easy once you have all the documentation you need. I had one issue with a document but it's because it doesn't read the same way the software reads it. Believe it was my 1098. Just have to put the info it asks instead of going box by box.

Lots of good support and interactive features in this tool

I have completed my taxes by hand and paper every year prior to this. I finally broke down and decided to make it easier, especially as some of the tax laws have become more complex. I haven't completed my work yet but so far I am impressed with how easy this is going to be compared to doing it manually.

Have been a Turbo Tax user. Switch to H&R Block. Data from Prior Turbo Tax was imported fine. Overall use was straightforward. Had some difficulty with inputting data from multiple states. Used the Chat and live service help. Was able to work it out. Would purchase again.

An easy program to use to get your taxes started. takes about an hour for me since my taxes are simple. Saves a lot of time than when I did my taxes by hand.Saves money than taking the taxes to someone else. Don't have to pay per form. It's been what I've used past four years and will continue.

Originally bought TurboTax, but it wouldn't run on an iMac with the latest operating system, 10.11 (El Capitan). H&R Block Deluxe software downloaded and ran flawlessly, in fact the download was very fast and simple. I also like H&R Block's customer support.

This program made tax season easier for me. I don't want to pay a lot to someone to do my taxes. The question/answer style of selecting which forms are needed, it's a breeze. I have used this program for many years now, and it also imports the needed details from the previous year.

This is a great tax program. it is easy to use, very easy to understand and helps you if you are unsure of the correct answer. I have used this program for a few years now and it is great. Anyone that wants to do there own taxes will be able to do so very easily using this program.

This is better than going it alone with paper forms and no support. The efile option does make the filing much cheaper and easier. It is difficult to get answers to questions, even general ones. First you have to go through a FAQ listing. then sometimes you cannot find a way to send a question to a resource.

Good program. Easy to install and update. It is easy and fast to use. This is the second year using this program. In the past we have used the competitor’s software and found this one to be more reasonably priced and was able to do more family member’s returns. The electric filing was easy and secure!
