H&R Block has the best program for preparing your taxes. It is user friendly and easy to understand. I highly recommend this program for first time online tax filing.

Went to HR Block software last year after being a TurboTax user for 15+ years due to TurboTax price hike. I am not looking back - HR Block software is just as good.

As much as I hate doing taxes, this at least makes it a little less painless. This is the second year I have used this program, mainly because it is the best price.

IT WAS EASY TO DO AND FOLLOW. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED. IN ADDITION, YOU CAN ALWAYS SAVE YOUR SPOT AND COME BACK IF YOU ARE MISSING INFO.

I was glad the State program was included with the Federal program as it was much easier to finish my taxes on time and at a lower price than purchasing the State program separately. The Federal return program walks you through everything you need to do your taxes on your own, does all of the computations and carries those figures from your Federal return to your State return automatically. E filing immediately made it even better.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for more than 10 years and have been well pleased with it. It is simple to use and have never had any problems with it.

I have used this software since 2007 and I love it. It is very easy to use and makes it so my taxes take me about 10 minutes to complete and exile to the IRS.

I have used this for the past 4 yrs. Very easy to use and does auto fill and compares to last year. Even imports turbo tax if you have used that in the past.

Not sure if it is just that the IRS didn't have any new information, but the software did not highlight these changes like in years past. Overall, still a very easy tool to use.

I've been using this software since the Q* brand added what basically amounts to a root kit to their product years ago (before they renamed this to HR Block) and it always worked. Even with the new ACA fines (penalties, whatever), they added the necessary sections and kept everything clear. Import past year's data, import W2 info, click a few things, check a few things and filed.

I've purchased this tax software for program for the last fifteen years. It does a good job and costs less then the next most popular program. I feel this is a better value.

The software is fairly easy to use and seems to be complete. Sometimes slightly difficult to navigate but appears to be accurate.

No one likes to do taxes, but this program holds your hand from beginning to end and gets you through it.

Why pay hundreds of dollars to a tax preparer working out of a temporary office when you can so easily do your taxes yourself? By the time you gather up all of your receipts and put them in order for the tax preparer, often someone who has just been trained on how to enter data, you could be done with your taxes with your refund "check in the mail". And, the live support is really good if you need a bit of assistance with understanding some part of the tax requirements. I've never had to use the audit support--knock on wood--but understand it is great.

I have been using this for 6 years now and have no complaints ... it also has an accuracy review to make sure there are no issues with your taxes

I've used the software for the last 7 years. Since I do mine and my 4 daughter's taxes. I like the fact that it gives you 5 free Federal filings.

Although I always prepare my tax return, I rely on this package to verify my own calculations and, especially, my math. It's never let me down.

Software leads the user through completing federal and state returns in a simple but effective manner. Not sure how it would do for more complex returns than mine.
