This tax software is reliable and does most of the heavy lifting. It imports previous years' information quickly and can evaluate the best filing choices for a given financial situation. Included e-files are very convenient.

Just finished my taxes and the step-by-step questions guided me through the arduous yearly ritual we all look forward to. E-file was easy.

Was easy to install and walked me through my tax information. Simple to file and tools provided to track my refund. Also pulled information from last years taxes and stored info for next year.

Easy to use and seems to have all the necessary info needed. It walks you through every step of the tax preparation process and if you are more advanced, you can "bounce" around at will. Pop up windows to help you understand questions better as needed. Password protection is available and you can print forms out as well. Another cool feature is the package has valuation lookup tables for typical items that you donate to charity so it saves a bundle of time when assigning values.

Great Software Product. Very accurate and easy follow instructions. Great customer support. I used for several years.

Have used both and still prefer HR Block to Turbo Tax. The HR Block one handles complex returns better then Turbo Tax. It is also now less expensive then the Turbo Tax software.

I have been using TurboTax. I switched to H&R Block this year. It is equally easy to use and cheaper!

I don't have anything besides a home and student loans and w2 and married with children. Easy to install and use and fill out info. They back you up if get audited and have online support if needed. If you have easy returns and anyone can do it and e-file of to 5 times. Buy every year for $19.99 and got a $20 shutter fly promo and a $10 best buy gift card. So paid for it self. Get early and when you can get extra promotional incentives

This is the 3rd or 4th year I've used the program. The user interface hasn't changed much, which is a good thing since it makes it familiar. Of course, it does contain the latest tax code revisions, so it is accurate. It is my favorite of the consumer tax prep programs, as it is not as bad as some with interview formats that seem inflexible. The only thing I had to lookup was the local sales tax percentage for Texas communities, other items were built in. I would recommend it as I plan on using it again next year. Also, Best Buy had a January special on it which helped.

Easy to use and very inexpensive with all the promos that were going on when I purchased.

The software is easy to use however some of the questions are redundant. I liked that it kept showing my total refund amount on a left hand tab.

Have used each yr for many years and improves each year, making doing your taxes easier. Bought at Best Buy next day on sale giving $10 card, did not have chance to go back to store sent notice to Best Buy , no response. If item is going on sale next day should give sale price or notify customer of sale.

Great software saved me several hundred dollars goinh my taxes myself. It was a bit of work trying to figure out the program but seemed to work.

So what can you really say about TAX Software? They all tend to be somewhat similar. I've tried them all at some point or another. I tend to gravitate back to H&R Block. Maybe it's the interview style completion. It just seems more logical to me and I get fewer hiccups with this vs. say, TurboTax. But some die-hard TurboTax or TaxAct folks might say something similar about their "favorite" product. Will I keep using Bock? Who knows. But I have probably used it more than the others and it seems to work just fine.

Good quality for the money, easy to use, has all the forms needed.

I've used tax software from several of the major brands and have always found this one to be an excellent value especially if you buy it on sale or with a gift card included with the purchase. It imports data and prior year's tax return seamlessly, it is easy to navigate through the process and it is easy to move from worksheet to forms, etc.

The questions guide you through the process and insure that you don't overlook something. Simple, easy to use.

Best had a good price on the software. Worked great.

I've used variations of tax software over the course of the years, and always go right back to TaxCut. It's easy to use, addresses all my concerns around taxes (and I've bought/sold stock, withdrawaled from retirement early, give a lot to charity,etc...). So - this software is on my top list every tax season.
