This tax software worked on our computer with the old Windows 7 operating system. It was easy to use and worked perfectly e- filing our 2020 federal income tax. We have not yet used it for filing our 2020 State tax but I am sure it will be fine.

This is very good tax software. It is very easy to use. It will fill in areas with information that the average filer should use. If you need to customize you can do that manually.

It was difficult to contact HRB with questions I had about this year's program. I got into an annoying circular Q&A, not able to get out of it. Never got the answer to my question. Could not find a way to speak with live person by phone, only a "virtual agent" chat, but that also led to an annoying circular Q&A that never got the point I was trying to question.

It's so easy doing my taxes with this program. All I have to do is install it on my computer, pull up the pages I need, and then enter my information. It's nice that I don't have to pull my last years taxes out.

I have used H&R Block software for the past twenty years! I have always been satisfied with ease of use! I only wish the pricing was more standardized like $24.99.

Some of the instructions are not straight forward enough and could result in obvious wrong computations, particularly foreign tax credit computations. Overall, the program results in the correct answer if the correct information is entered. But the questions could lead to incorrect entries. As a tax attorney, I was able to get that point.

This software helped me to file my taxes after Turbo Tax took weeks to fix a bug. It is not load with graphics like Turbo tax, but it does what it supposed to do, help to file your taxes without issues.

Good tax software. No problems, very easy to use. This software also includes any one state download if you need it.

I've used this program for about 15 years now with no complaints. The price here was the same as other retailers but I liked the option of buying online and within an hour it was brought out to my car.

Taxcut is very easy to use and has lots of features. Every year, it is listed as one of the best tax preparation software. Last, I have been using TaxCut for over 12 years and would recommend it.

Easy to use as long your returns are simple and without any complicated questions. Getting thru their customer support is atrocious. Website is not much help, as their answers are vague. To get a good answer, they refer you to an H&R Block office, where you will have to pay much more than the cost of the disc. Worth the cost as they allow you to file electronically up to 5 free returns (federal only). Again, only if you have simple filings.

I’ve used this same program for my texts for the lost 10 years. It’s easy to download and works perfect. All my info automatically loads from the previous years return. Would not use anything else.

This is a good tax software. It’s straight forward and it has guided tip on how to answer some most common questions. I would buy again.

Tax time doesn’t get any easier then this! Especially if you have submitted taxes last year using HR block, it will self populate all your basic info. 15 mins start to finish!!

I've used H&R Block software for years and it hasn't let me down. Even with the new tax laws it allows for easy use.

Use it every year for my taxes. User friendly and a lot of help is offered via on tge program itself or if need to reach out via chat. Never have had an issue filing with it.

Does the job and imports prior year return. Good price when on sale. Love the import function for capital gains and losses.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for close to 10yrs. Usually buying Deluxe + State option. I have found it to be reliable and user-friendly.

Relatively easy; software takes you through by asking questions. Seems this year they limit the amount of electronically filings to 5 whether you pay for them or not. it was always 5 free electronic filings, with any additional filings that you can pay for. for 2020 they limit the # of filings to 5. I used 3 free ones, I decided to pay for the 4 filing; files another free one ( I used 4); when I tried to file the 6th return, it wouldn't let me
