I've been preparing my Fed/State income taxes with Block software for decades. It makes filing my taxes very easy and fairly quick. The online help is very helpful and if you used it last year, it can import your prior year's information, saving a lot of time. You can even try different financial scenarios to see how it will affect your taxes. I've never had an error and it did a better job than my tax accountant and it's much cheaper.

I've been using this software for years and it's always affordable, accurate and includes live support online. Having a basic understanding of how taxes work is beneficial, but the software does ask questions about specific programs such as in MO for rent/ownership housing for seniors. The only downside is purchasing additional states are almost as much as the initial cost.

I have no problem with the program, it works fine just like before. Yes, I had trouble downloading the program at first because the program never shows up in the digital library (right purchased after Christmas). It turned out that Bestbuy sent two emails: the first one has a serial # with an "Install" button and second one has a link to the digital library. I was used to download the program from the digital library in the last several years, so I ignored the first email. After waiting for almost a day, I realized that I had to use the "Install" button in the first email to download the program from HR Block (needed to input the serial #). The tech support was not helpful and just asked me to wait in the first call. But in the second call the tech support was very friendly to help out the program installation.

I have used H&R Block Deluxe Tax Software every tax year for now more than 5 years and am very satisfied with the results. The software's clear step by step guidance has cut down my time significantly on filing both Fed and State returns. Price is reasonable considering it also includes one state return. I recommend using Deluxe version if your taxes are not too complicated.

Have used it for years now and improvements are made each year to make easier for users to do complicated returns. Transfers last year's information to current year's software which save a lot of time inputting data.

I normally don't have any issues with digital downloads. And this purchase was no exception. Some previous reviews had expressed difficulty with getting software downloaded. Within minutes after placing order, I received the email with the link to download. As far as the software is concerned, I have used h&r block for many years and have been satisfied.

Easy download and setup, Allowed import of my return with another online provider from last year.. Easier than the online provider I used in the past.. Allows 5 Fed returns to be submitted and 1 state for the price.. Last year I spent $225 to complete mine and my daughters returns..

The Deluxe version of H&R Block tax software has all the necessary forms for filing Fed tax return with easy to follow instructions and is cheaper than Turbo Tax. The free Fed e-filing makes it more helpful. The State version only allows one state which is enough for now.
